Purpose The purpose of this Tender is to solicit competitive bids for various renovations at St. Wilfrid C.S. in Pickering, Ontario and all related work as identified in the scope of work and project specifications.
The intent is that the awarded Contractor will enter into an agreement with the Board, in the form of CCDC2-2008 for a Stipulated Price Contract, as amended by the Supplementary Conditions below, for the work described by the tender documents.
