The purpose of this tender is to Demolish the Breezeway at the Giffard Centre located in Whitby. The work of the contract comprises exterior site work, including demolition and removal of the Breezeway that connects the Giffard Centre and the church, disconnecting all the associated electrical, fire and reconnecting it, demolition and removal of the storage garage, and replacement of the main water pipe connected to the city line, and new sodding. |
